Please Note:

  • To complete the transfer process, you will need the consent of both your existing co-applicant (if applicable) and the new member.
  • The transfer fee is non-refundable.
  • Ensure to check that the registered mobile number and email id is updated in the My Profile section before initiating the transfer process
  • Kindly ensure that the Transferee's (New Member) mobile number is linked with their Aadhar Card for the seamless completion of the signing process.

To Transfer your membership to a Company. Please note that membership transfer is allowed only in the following situation:

  • There are no dues in your account.
  • There are no future reservations (confirmed or waitlisted - in Club Mahindra resorts or any partner resorts including RCI).
  • There is no week banked with RCI.

We will need the following individuals to visit our branch office in person:

  • The Primary Member along with Co-applicant (if any).
  • Authorized signatory to whom the membership would be transferred. Authorized signatory and Co-applicant should be two different individuals.
  • Transfer fee has to be paid by the transferor. The fees can be paid through credit card, debit card or cheque. In case of cheque payment, the transfer will be processed only post realization of the cheque.

Following documents have to be submitted by the current Member, Authorised Signatory and the existing Co-applicant (if any) for the transfer:

  • Letter requesting transfer of membership from Member, no-objection letter from the Co-applicant and acceptance letters from the Authorised signatory of the Transferee company.
  • Self-attested Proof of Identity and Proof of Address of Member, Co-applicant, Authorised Signatory of the Transferee company.
  • Transferee to submit Letter of Authorisation, Memorandum of Association & Articles of company, Certificate of Incorporation, KYC documents of the Directors and Authorized signatory.
  • Company Seal on the letter head is mandatory.
  • Self-attested copy of PAN card is mandatory for Transferee company.
  • Original payment summary and holiday utilisation statement accepted and signed by the Authorised signatory of the Transferee company.
  • For Non-Residents and foreign nationals, copy of passport/ PIO card / OIC card and overseas address proof is mandatory.
  • Documents such as original membership certificate, membership card should be surrendered while you visit the branch during transfer. If these documents are not available, you may also submit a letter on Rs.100 stamp paper.

Transfer will be processed within 15 working days of your visit to the branch.

We also wish to inform you that once membership is transferred, the same cannot be transferred again for next 5 years.
